FIELD: electrical engineering.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to production of flexible-flat electric heaters supporting the functional state of radioelectronic equipment of a space vehicle under the effect of the cosmic space environment, as well as used in other engineering fields. Method involves assembling a base of layers from flexible glass fabric E1-30P, flexible glass fabric STP-4-0.062 and a conducting layer of foil, performing stepped pressing of the assembled base at the temperature of 150±10 °C, which at the first stage is performed at the pressure of 25 N/cm2 for 5 minutes and at the second stage - at the pressure of 100 N/cm2 for 120 minutes with subsequent cooling, pattern of the resistive layer is created on the conducting layer by photolithography, the pattern is etched and flexible current leads are soldered, the base with the current leads is assembled with a layer of flexible glass fabric STP-4-0.062 and their stepped pressing is performed at the temperature of 150±10 °C, which at the first stage is performed at the pressure of 25 N/cm2 for 5 minutes and at the second stage - at the pressure of 100 N/cm2 for 120 minutes with subsequent cooling.

EFFECT: invention ensures production of flexible-flat electric heaters with specified geometric dimensions, strength characteristics, normalized heat recovery at minimum costs for the production.
