SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of making slanted variable cutout in tight iliac region near the crest of the ilium; dissecting the peritoneum at a boundary of transmission of parietal lamina to a visceral one; removing the appendix with immersion of its remained portion into a purse-string and Z-shaped sutures, closing an injury of the peritoneum along its whole length by a caecum; in order to provide that entrapping into sutures on the peritoneum a wall of the caecum and using threads of the Z-shaped suture.
