SUBSTANCE: method involves setting laparoscope at the level of upper umbilicus edge. The blind gut cupula and appendix base are pulled close to the port and placed on the anterior abdominal wall. Retrograde appendectomy is carried out. The blind gut cupula and appendix stump are immersed into the abdominal cavity. The working port is set at its initial place. Pneumoperitoneum is created. Abdominal cavity is healed and drained through the working port.

EFFECT: accelerated surgical intervention; reduced risk of traumatic complications.
