FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves carrying out bipolar mesoappendix coagulation combined with blood vessels ligation after performing small pelvis treatment. The appendix is brought out to the anterior abdominal wall with cecum vault through the wound having diameter to 1.5 cm. Appendix base is ligated. Appendix stump is sterilized with endothermocoagulation unit in known operation mode. The stump is immersed into the cecum lumen. The wound is healed by washing it with antiseptic solution and concurrently sucking with aquapurator unit. EFFECT: reduced risk of intra- and postoperative complications. 3 cl
