FIELD: textile industry. SUBSTANCE: method comprises steps of initial driving to rotation the working bobbin holder 3 with cartridges 4 by its contact with the driving friction cylinder 2; charging filaments into the cartridges 4 for turning out packages 5; after the packages had been made recharging the filaments 6 to the cartridges 4 of backup bobbin holder 3, that had been driven to rotation from the friction cylinder 2 by their common acceleration, and beginning turning out of new packages 5; separating the working bobbin holder 3 with the ready packages 5 from the working friction cylinder 2 after the filaments had been recharged and changing the ready packages 5 to changeable cartridges 4; at once approaching the bobbin holders 3 with free cartridges, being a backup holder, till its contact with the friction cylinder 2 and remaining it in that position up to a time moment, when the package turning out on the working bobbin holder 3 of an adjacent section is over; accelerating together the backup bobbin holder and the friction cylinder, recharging filaments and beginning turning out of new packages.
