FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: control space of the hydraulic cylinder is coupled with a flexible member through a hydraulic throttle having spring-loaded valving-control member and plunger rigidly connected with the member. A master cam having curved working surface interacts with the plunger. The flexible member is constructed as auxiliary double-action hydraulic cylinder whose one space is connected with the hydraulic throttle and the other one is connected with the delivery hydraulic line of the positive-displacement pump and the inlet of the pressure valve of the second master cam having curved surface. The outlet of the valve is connected with the drain. The plunger of the throttle and the control member of the valve are constantly pressed to the surface of one of the master cams secured to the connecting rod of the auxiliary hydraulic cylinder for permitting control of position with respect to the plunger and valve member.
