FIELD: radio engineering. SUBSTANCE: radio nuclide oxide is reduced to metal by known thermal method and produced metal is subjected to vacuum distillation with condensation, for instance, on tantalum backing. Part of such backing is put into crucible-evaporator, is heated under residual pressure of air in reaction cell amounting to 0.1-1.0 MPa to temperature 900-2100 C and vapors of metal of radio nuclide are precipitated to backing of metal from platinum group heated to such temperature at which intermetallic compound of radio nuclide is produced.
