SUBSTANCE: this stomatological attachment incorporates bearing-supported shaft which is connected to head shaft via interconnecting gears fitted on ends of shafts and head revolving assembly which is rotary sleeve positioned inside attachment body and contacting on one side with worm gear disposed on attachment body and on other side with bushing located inside head.
