SUBSTANCE: this stomatological attachment includes air inlet and outlet passages, water-air mixture passage and head positioned for revolution in sagittal plane through 360 deg by means of rotary sleeve disposed inside attachment and capable of sliding into mesh on one side with worm gearing located on handgrip and on other side with gear positioned inside head. Disclosed attachment further incorporates head removal assembly, turbine disposed in head and supported by bearings, and light guide. EFFECT: more sophisticated design. 5 dwg
