SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in exposing eye to luminous radiation at wavelength of 360 to 450 nm, frequency of 0.05 to 1.0 Hz, and illuminance of 5 lx during 15 to 20 min once or two times a day. Cure includes 10 to 20 procedures. Device employed for curing eye includes interconnected generator and trigger and two circuits including interconnected transistor switches and output optical elements with light filters.
