FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has spectacles with two light-insulated eyepieces which accommodate set of light-emitting diode radiators of different wave length of light radiation. Each of radiators is connected to respective switch. Device is provided with regulator of light radiation flickering frequency. Regulator forms two antiphase pulse sequences. Device has also modulating pulse former which modulates antiphase pulse sequences in modulator, light radiation brightness regulator, control unit, and power supply unit. EFFECT: improved design. 3 dwg, 1 tbl
