FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device has spectacles having two light-insulated oculars each having light-scattering reflector. Light emission source is rigidly mounted in reflector as a set of photodiode emitters of various light radiation wavelengths. The device has master oscillator, flicker frequency control unit and power supply source, light radiation brightness control unit, in series connected control unit, modulating impulse former and modulator, two commutation units. Lightproof screen having 5-8 openings of 1.5-3.5 mm diameter are available in each light-scattering reflector in front of light radiation source.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; accelerated treatment course.
