FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: present invention refers to medicine, namely to gynaecology and obstetrics, and can be used for colour diagnosis of the ovarian cycle phase. Colour images of ovaries are obtained using a laporoscope camera. Colour images are analysed to determine colour parameters in RGB units. If R is from 100 to 140, G is from 54 to 81, B is from 48 to 74, the follicular phase of the cycle is stated. If R is from 52 to 87, G is from 6 to 14, B is from 4 to 13, a luteal phase is stated.
EFFECT: method provides simplification and acceleration of clinical diagnostics of follicular phase and luteal phase of ovarian cycle due to determination of colour parameters in RGB units of images of digital camera of laparoscope.
