SUBSTANCE: invention relates to medicine, namely, gynaecology and pathological anatomy. Method for predicting the recurrence of endometrial cysts after surgical treatment using immunohistochemical markers is characterized in that a high risk of disease recurrence within 1.5 years after surgical treatment is noted in patients with altered expression of at least one of the following factors: PR-α > 220 points, ki-67 ≤ 1.0 % in the epithelial component of the capsule of endometrial cysts (EC) and NF-kβ p65 ≤ 2 points, SOH-2 ≤ 1 point and b-catenin ≥ 2 points in the stromal component of an EC capsule.
EFFECT: invention is intended to predict the recurrence of endometrial cysts.
