FIELD: measurement technology. SUBSTANCE: time intervals are formed being multiple or equal to periods of supply or output signals of sine-cosine position detector. Pulse with constant amplitude is generated in each time interval being multiple or equal to period of output signal of position detector. The duration of the pulse is equal to module of difference between value of time interval which is multiple or equal to period of output signal of the position detector and value of time interval which is multiple or equal to period of supply signal of position detector; the polarity corresponds to sign of the difference. Speed of motion is judged from average value of pulse signal formed. Pulse with constant amplitude is generated in each interval additionally which is multiple or equal to period of output signal of position detector. The duration of the pulse is equal to module of difference between value of time interval which is multiple or equal to period of output signal of the position detector and its previous value; polarity corresponds to sign of the difference. Acceleration of motion is judged from average value of pulse signal formed. The invention may be used in precision electric drive. Dynamic characteristics of the latter may be improved due to additional capability of measurement of acceleration of motion by means of creating addition correction feedback circuit for acceleration of motion.
