SUBSTANCE: device measuring movement speed includes generator 1 of standard frequency, power supply unit 2, phase inverter 3, comparator 4, pulse distributor 5, multichannel former 6 of reference pulses, multi-input logic circuit 7, former 8 of pulses of stable amplitude, integrator 9 of zero setting, functional converter 10 and retrieval and storage element 11 connected in series. It also has synchronization unit 12 linked with inputs to outputs of multi-input logic circuit 7 and with outputs - to controlling inputs of integrator 9 and element 11. EFFECT: reduced lagging behind while measuring movement speed. 3 dwg
