FIELD: agricultural mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has working frame 2, on which, using controlled cylinders 8, working organ 1 is hung with capability to move. Working organ 1 has distributing hollow ball 10 with transverse distributing pipeline and nozzles 11, hole of each of which is oriented in three directions at angle of 120 deg. to each other. It allows to exercise treatment of all volume of soil under working organ shell, bring combined mixtures of liquid fertilizer, gas-shaped aerosol sterilizing solution in soil, to scarify the top soil to small fraction and aerate cultivated layer of the soil.
