FIELD: medicine, namely fixation and development of transplanted joint of hand. SUBSTANCE: apparatus has arched portions, joined by threaded tie rods with a hinge, and holders with spokes, mounted on the arched portions. In the hinge casings are joined; in these casings ends of the tie rods are arranged with possibility of axial rotation. These ends are in the form of cone gear wheels. Each gear wheels engages an additional cone gear wheel, and its symmetry axis coincides with and axis of the hinge. The holders of the spokes are in the form of a tube, on which a sleeve, having a faceted surface and an opening in a center of a bottom, is mounted with use of a threaded connection.
