Supports have plates in end parts. Relief unit is made in form of spring-loaded and with regulated tension of threaded rod with clamp provided with floating needles with faceted cross-section. It is located in middle part of support for fixation of humerus in distal fractured fragment to bracket. Plates installed on hinges are located on supports for fixation of humerus.
