FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: device has housing comprising syringe with injection needle, drive with interacting spring and pusher as well as locking-discharging device with two ball locks. Pusher has on syringe body split bush and bushing consisting of socket and glass with projections, which can move regarding to socket. Socket and split bush form axial fixed joint. One ball lock interacts with drive pusher, moving glass interacts with socket through other ball lock and by means of its projections passing grooves, carried out in socket and housing. Spring interacts with pusher through moving glass. Projections can be carried out going out overall dimensions of housing and form element in order to control manual device drive. Housing can be carried out as detachable in axial direction and at least one of its parts, socket and bush of locking-discharging device can be carried out of polymer material and can be disconnected in radial direction. Detachable parts of housing and bush are tightened by removable polymer rings. For disassembly of these rings grooves are made on housing and bush. EFFECT: increase of convenience of drug injections.
