FIELD: consumer products. SUBSTANCE: device has dismountable chamber which is located in area effected by source of mechanical disturbances. Flow of liquid can be used as said source of mechanical disturbances. Liquid is pumped to drain system by means of pumping tube. Chamber is made as shell of hollow sphere-shaped body having two hemispheres with elastic and sealing members. Chamber is placed in neck shaped as cylinder or cup. Grill element is placed in bottom of chamber. Chamber is connected to pumping tube. Chamber is positioned in neck without support so that space between neck and chamber allows movement in flow, in particular rotating and oscillating movement with vibrating constituent. In addition circular motion with rotating and vibrating constituents is allowed. Depending on purpose for processing, chamber can be either pressurized and sealed from moving flow or be made for connection of its internal chamber to this flow through holes which are produced by removing of plugs designed for this purpose.
