FIELD: military technique. SUBSTANCE: A locking apparatus has the hollow movable sleeve 1 with the slope 2, the rod 3, embraced by the sleeve, both mounted in the housing body 4, joined with the mounting surface 5 of the base 6, limiters for limiting motion of the sleeve 5 and the rod 3 in the form of balls 7,8. The ball 7 is movably arranged in an opening of the sleeve of the body 4 and in the groove of the sleeve 1 between the surface 5 and the surface of the rod 3; the ball 8 is movably arranged in an opening of the sleeve 1 and in the groove of the rod 3 between the inner surface of the sleeve 1 and a bottom of the groove of the rod 3. The balls limit a motion and a turning of the sleeve 1 and of the rod 3. In order to eliminate jamming of the rod 3 upon turning of the sleeve 1 by action of the locking strip 9, the groove of the rod 3 has a width more, than a width of the groove of the sleeve 1.
