FIELD: laser systems. SUBSTANCE: material for aposidic diaphragm is produced on base of additively colored crystals of strontium fluoride containing Nd3+ which concentration amounts to 0,61·1017cm-3- 0,18·1015сm-3. Manufacturing process lies in that crystals SrF2-Nd3+ with content of Nd3+ in the amount of 0.5- 2.0 per cent by mass are additively reduced by their heating in autoclave in atmosphere of saturated vapors of calcium at temperature of 900-1000 C for the course of 1.5-2.5 h. EFFECT: improved control over laser radiation. 2 cl, 8 dwg
