FIELD: medicine, applicable, in laser surgical instruments. SUBSTANCE: pulses of laser radiation are applied to the patient's heart. The mentioned radiation is focused on the epicardial surface of the cardiac muscle. A blind canal is formed. A pulse laser radiation with a wavelength of 1.05-1.1 mμ and 1.3-3 mμ is used. The laser generates pulses with an energy of 0.1-0.2 J. First a long wavelength radiation is applied, and then a short wavelength one. The claimed method provides for laminar removal of tissues and gradual deepending of the produced blind canal preventing a non-controlled decay of the myocardium. EFFECT: improved blood supply of the cardiac muscle. 3 cl, 3 dwg
