FIELD: plasma equipment. SUBSTANCE: method lies in mixing of plasma jets in number multiple of two. Plasma jets are formed with the use of electrode units which are positioned in symmetry relative to axis of device and which are directed at angle smaller than 45 deg towards axis. Three external magnets fields are superimposed on each plasma jet, their vectors of induction being coupled to directions of vectors of induction of inherent magnetic fields of plasma jets. Each electrode unit has magnetic system in the form of open magnetic circuits and solenoids embracing poles of magnetic circuits.
