FIELD: electrical and electronic engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has enclosed chamber with gas-transfer system, at least one plate holder installed within chamber and joined with angular-displacement vertical shaft, plasma jet generator, and at least one plate centering device. The latter is placed above holder. Each holder is provided with drive rotating them about their axes. Axis of each holder, generator axis, and axis crossing center of gravity of plate centering device are equally spaced from vertical shaft axis. Plasma jet generator is inclined to plate centering device through angle Φ measured between two radii one of which runs between plasma jet generator axis and other, between axis crossing center of gravity of plate centering device and axis of same shaft. This angle meets condition: v is greater then n/360/N/+2 arc sin/(D+d)/4R/ or v is smaller than (n+1)/360/n/-2 arc sin/(D+d)/4R/, where n=0.1,... (N-1); D is maximum size of plate centering device along line crossing center of gravity; d is cross size of plasma jet; R is distance from vertical shaft axis to plasma jet generator and plate holder axes and to axis crossing center of gravity of plate centering device.
