FIELD: medical engineering. SUBSTANCE: this bougie includes cylindrical end piece 1 having coniform working end 2 and working portion consisting of several threaded interconnected bushings 4 and 5 of cylindrical working links and end piece. End piece 1 and working links 3 have successively increasing diameters. Bushings 4 and 5 are rigidly connected to one of working link 3. Bushing 4 connected to distal face of one of working links 3 having diameter greater than that of preceding working link and made in the form of truncated cone whose greater diameter matches that of adjacent working link and smaller diameter corresponds to diameter of adjacent cylindrical bushing 5 connected to end piece. This bushing may be connected to proximal end of one of working links having diameter smaller than that of preceding links. EFFECT: more sophisticated design. 3 dwg
