FIELD: medical engineering.
SUBSTANCE: device is designed as cylinder having six ribs. The ribs are arranged longitudinally and are usable for making cuts in stenotic region when moving along esophagus wall and in return movement. The ribs are arranged equidistantly from each other and from the center. The ribs make an angle of 60°. The cylinder is threaded on the opposite end with respect to cutting ribs for making connection to fibroscope conductor.
EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness in cutting and dilating stenotic esophagus lumen in 6 equidistant points at the same time.
