FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: method involves introducing gastroscope into esophageal lumen and positioning its end above the cicatricial anastomosis structure. The cicatricial anastomosis structure is cut. To avoid restenosing phenomena, daily bougieurage is carried out by means of various diameter endoscopes in increasing the diameters to maximum. After accomplishing the bougieurage, the patient anastomosis mucosa zone is subjected to laser radiation treatment on copper vapor with wavelength being equal to 510.6-578.2 nm. Irradiation is supplied via monofiber light guide brought through gastroscope biopsy canal. Output power at the end is equal to 150 mW. Irradiation is administered daily at total dose of 13 J/cm2. The total course is 10-14 procedures long. EFFECT: enhanced effectiveness of treatment; avoided repeated stenosing of esophageal anastomosis zone. 2 cl
