FIELD: metal working. SUBSTANCE: cutter has a holder in the hole of which a cutting member is mounted on the slide blocks. The outer surfaces of the slide blocks are made according to the diameter of the holder hole. The inner surfaces correspond to the shape of the cutting member stem. Fastening of the cutting member is exercised by a screw through bushes with slopes located in the holder hole. The holes in the bushes are made with the eccentricity relative to the holder hole.
