FIELD: machine tool manufacture. SUBSTANCE: device has electric motor 1 connected with two-stage transmission mechanism 2. Output shaft 3 of transmission mechanism 2 is connected with pulsator 4 made as the pair shaft 5 - immovable bush 6. On one side pulsator 4 is connected through the pipeline of power system 7 with the main system of power carrier 8 representing itself pump 9, for example. On the other side pulsator 4 is connected through the pipeline of power system 7 with cavities 10 and 11 of spindle 12. The spindle is located in stationary housing 14 and has piston 13 mounted on it. Spindle 12 is connected with electric motor 1 through the intermediate stage of transmission mechanism 2. Its cavities 10 and 11 are connected with the system of power carrier 8 through the pair shaft 5 - bush 6. In cavities 10 and 11 the power carrier acts according to the position of shaft 5 relative to bush 6, that is, according to the position of turnings 15 on shaft 5 relative to the members of feeding the power carrier - connecting pipes which are mounted on the outer surface of bush 6. Turnings 15 located on the outer surface of shaft 5 are made blind and in pairs along the axle of shaft 5. Each turning 15 is disposed under the corresponding pair of connecting pipes.
