FIELD: metallurgy. SUBSTANCE: flow of metal melt regulated by dosing apparatus 2 comes in the form of jet to conical splitter 5 from reservoir 1 through rarefied gas in the cavity of housing 3. The splitter is fixed in the lower part of the rotating housing of paddle mechanism 4. The preliminary dispersion of the melt takes place. The rarefaction degree is regulated by the valve of chamber 9 of the rarefied air. From conical splitter 5 the melt goes to the paddles of paddle mechanism 4 ensuring the further dispersion of the melt in the rarefied air medium and the uninterrupted compression of the obtained mixture (area behind the paddle mechanism) up to the atmospheric pressure during the period of time not exceeding the time of relaxation of the particle shape of the dispersed melt into the spherical shape (10-3; 10-2c). Further the forming dynamically stable foam goes to crystallizer 8. The stabilization of the static pressure in the foam is exercised by the link diffuser 7 - free surface of the non-hardened foam in the crystallizer.
