SUBSTANCE: adjustable valve gear drive system for internal combustion engine comprises camshaft (26) driven by longer element (72) that moves to spray lubrication, and adjustable valve gear drive mechanism that displaces camshaft cams. Note here that said adjustable mechanism effects adjustable control over cams in response to input effects on control input element (28) and transfer mechanism (84,87) transferred from drive power source (81) to input control element (28) via gearing section. Note that the latter is arranged so that it is lubed by oil sprayed by aforesaid longer element (72).
EFFECT: transfer mechanism lubrication without additional lubrication channel and elements related therewith.
