FIELD: vessels for containing liquified gases. SUBSTANCE: head has housing with through passage, valving member, and grip for coupling with a vessel to be filled. The valving member is constructed as a spring-loaded slide valve mounted inside the passage. The slide valve has dummy axial hole connected with radial openings. The passage is step- like. The grip is telescopically coupled with the housing for permitting axial locking by handle and tie which are pivotally interconnected and pivotally connected to the housing and grip, correspondingly. The sealing member secured to the face of the slide valve arrests its movement owing to the contact of the member with the step of the passage. EFFECT: heightened rate of filling. 2 dwg
