FIELD: mechanical engineering. SUBSTANCE: device contains inlet and outlet pipe connections, housing, and sealed rod. Locking member is secured to the end of the rod. Second end of the rod is provided with handle with fixing member. The rod is mounted for rotation around its axis relative the housing. The locking member is placed from the inlet pipe connection and is tightly pressed to the end face of the housing. The housing is provided with passages. One of the passages is connected to the space of the inlet pipe connection, another one with an atmosphere. The end face of the locking member facing the housing is provided with opening and groove. The fixing member is made of spring-loaded ball inserted into the blind opening provided in the housing. The ball can move to the opening provided in the handle. The handle is secured to the rod and pressed to the housing. EFFECT: enhanced reliability of the device. 4 dwg
