FIELD: electrochemical measurement methods. SUBSTANCE: invention consists in insertion of temperature sensor and heating element of working surface of comparison electrode into comparison electrode. For provision of low sluggishness of thermal processes of heating and measurement working surface of comparison electrode, temperature sensor and heating element are made of thin layers. Temperature perturbations of working surface of comparison electrode are of short-lived character, less than 0.1 s and do not exceed 0.1 deg in absolute value which results in insufficient influence of diffusion processes on precision of measurements.
