FIELD: nuclear power engineering. SUBSTANCE: plant has pressure conduit of pump connected to check valve 12 with two jet pumps 13 and 14 of higher and lower delivery, respectively, installed downstream of it. Under normal operating conditions, system functions to handle cooling circuit of bond 7. In case of accident associated with primary circuit leakage, water line supplying circulating pipings 3 and 4 carrying hot and cool coolant, respectively, and running from high-delivery jet pump 13 opens. For cooling down spent fuel in pond, part of flow is passed through lower-discharge pump 14 to pond. When it is required to limit pressure rise within containment, valves on line supplying water to nozzles of sprinkler system 8 from higher-delivery pump 13 open. EFFECT: improved cooling conditions during accidents. 2 cl, 1 dwg
