FIELD: power engineering; nuclear power stations for generating additional electrical energy.
SUBSTANCE: proposed heat-transfer system designed to transfer hot air from operating equipment has heat exchanger mounted under containment. Heat exchanger inlet and outlet are passed through containment and connected to closed circulating loop of easy-to-boil coolant. This coolant circulation loop has turbine-generator set, power unit with steam generator, and power unit safety control installations. One of these installations has hydraulic device and steam turbine. Power unit incorporating steam generator and power unit safety control installation are disposed under containment. Heat exchanger is installed under containment dome. It is assembled of two tired circular tubes joined together by means of C-shaped finned tubes. Ends of tubes face containment wall and enclose hydraulic device to ensure power unit safety. Heat transferred from containment equipment is used for producing additional electrical energy.
EFFECT: enhanced operating reliability of system affording power unit safety.
