FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: tubular saw 2 is placed into tubular sheath 3. Clearance 4 between them is filled with mineral insulation composed of magnesite powder. Compacting of insulation powder is accomplished with stream directed into clearance 4 and centering rod within filling zone. Compacting is conducted till powder density is 1.0-1.2 g/qu.cm. After this dragging of cable with periodic annealing is performed. In process of dragging mandrel attached to hollow rod is used which is positioned in hole of bundle.
