FIELD: electrical engineering. SUBSTANCE: two current conducting conductors are placed in parallel into metal tube and space between conductors and sheath is filled with mineral insulation. Then billet is drawn through drawholes positioned in series. Twisting of conductors is carried out when density of insulation reaches 2,5 g/cm3 simultaneously with drawing through drawhole 2 by rotation of drive 6 of spindle 3 and drum 4 with billet.
