SUBSTANCE: essence of this method resides in repeatedly washing off leeches in distilled water and physiologic salt solution. Further steps are freezing, lyophilizing, separating skin tissue by special techniques, grinding to powder and using resultant product in tests on animals either in the form of powder or suspension in physiologic salt solution. Disclosed preparation may be administered per os or subcutaneously, intramuscularly or intravenously in the form of aqueous extracts. EFFECT: higher biological activity of end product.
