FIELD: biology and medicine. SUBSTANCE: essence of this process resides in isolating erythrocytes, incubating them in buffered physiological salt solution that contains 1.5 to 2.5 mM adenine, 9 to 11 mM inosine, 9 to 11 mM glucose and 150 to 180 mM inorganic phosphate, washing off erythrocytes, dissolving them in 200-400 buffered physiological salt solution, adding lanthanum to final concentration of 100 to 120 mM, and then treating whole in water bath at temperature of 37 to 43 C.
