Invention is a method for detecting phosphatidylserine on the erythrocyte membrane surface, comprising fixing erythrocytes with glutaraldehyde, characterized in that in order to assess the presence of phosphatidylserine, erythrocytes are fixed with glutaraldehyde for 30 minutes, then once washed with buffered physiological saline solution with pH 7.4, centrifuged at 3000 rpm for 5 minutes, lanthanum chloride is added to obtain a final concentration of 20 mcM, they are mixed and observing the aggregates testify to the presence of phosphatidylserine on the erythrocyte membrane surface.

EFFECT: invention provides a reduced time spent on the analysis while maintaining informativeness.
