FIELD: shelling of olive seeds. SUBSTANCE: machine has cutter shaft with horizontal axis mounted in housing. Lower part of cutter shaft is partially surrounded with arc-shaped cutter holder, where cutter are positioned in parallel with one another and sleeve axis between cross-pieces. Cutters have equilateral triangle-shaped section, whose three angle are formed as blade extending through the whole length of cutter. Each side surface of cutter is divided by space into two surfaces extending through the whole length. EFFECT: increased efficiency and enhanced reliability in operation. 8 cl, 6 dwg
