Particles and other inclusions contained in air get deposited on electrodes 9 of the precipitating system. Neutralizing electrode system 6 consists of N sections, where N > 1, that are connected to the positive terminal of high-voltage power unit 2 via respective voltage divider 7, the first section being connected to it directly.
