SUBSTANCE: invention concerns method which includes mixing water with (i) binding agent containing Portland cement clinker, solid modifier with dewatering component, mineral substances, and calcium sulfate, and (ii) pigments, fillers, chemical additives, and water formed at chemical interaction of pigments and binding agents, the method including stage of saturation with organic dewatering modifier component of pigments and/or products of their chemical interaction with binding agent. Invention is distinguished with that resultant mix is aged until completion of saturation of pigment and/or its interaction products with organic dewatering modifier component released by binder upon hydration.
