FIELD: lighting engineering. SUBSTANCE: compound is based on a solution of dyes of the class of rare earth fluoro-diphthalocyans having structural formula [4-(CF3)3CPc2]M, where M is the ion of the rare-earth element in perfluorinated organic solvents at dye concentration of 5 10-5-10-3 mol/l, solvent - the rest. EFFECT: facilitated procedure of masking of luminous instruments with a light filter in the spectrum of human eye sensitivity and night viewing devices in the visible and nearest infrared parts of the of the spectrum up to λ=1,5-2,25 μm. 1 dwg
