FIELD: nanotechnologies.

SUBSTANCE: invention relates to power limiter of optical radiation. Operator body includes non quantum nanocrystals AgCl(I) with admolecules of basic green pigment and less-nuclear cluster of silver, equally spaced in matrix made of polyvinyl alcohol. Density of nanocrystals in polymer is 0.2-0.4 g/cm2. Concentration of basic green molecules 4·10-3-1·10-2 g/cm3. Level of linear passing in the area of power limiter of optical radiation operation - 15%. For efficiency increasing of nonlinear emission absorption, on surfaces of nanocrystals AgCl(I) there were created less-nuclear clusters of silver, by means of nanocrystals radiation treatment at 77°K with admolecules of pigment in polyvinyl alcohol by ultraviolet light with λ=365 nm and flux density 1014 kV/cm2·s.

EFFECT: reduction of restriction level of emission power.
