FIELD: medicine. SUBSTANCE: using bipolar sonde-sensor, introduced in duodenum till its lower horizontal part, they make rheogram of pancreas. Then pulse wave integral is calculated according to formula, that includes values of amplitudes and rheogram pulse wave peaks passing duration. Edematic or necrotic forms of pancreatitis are diagnosed by received value of rheogram pulse wave integral. EFFECT: method is used in medicine to diagnose acute forms of pancreatitis.
