FIELD: medicine.
SUBSTANCE: method involves studying blood serum sample by carrying out infrared spectroscopy in the bandwidth of 120-1000 cm-1, with absorption band peaks having maximum heights of 1170; 1160; 1150; 1130; 1105; 1070; 1060; 1030; 1025 cm-1 being recorded. Plane points coordinates are calculated by applying mathematical data processing. The results are compared to reference diagnostic patterns represented as flat polyhedrons (diagnostic patterns of norm, acute pancreatitis, destructive from of acute pancreatitis, sterile pancreatonecrosis and infected pancreatonecrosis). The diagnosis is set on the basis of belonging to particular pattern.
EFFECT: high accuracy of noninvasive prognosis method.
